"Innovation distinguishes between a leader and a followers" - Steve Jobs

Nowadays, the biggest problem is the financing of new technologies, many innovative ideas can't be financed. We want to spread the use of these new technologies and collaborate in the financing of the nanomedicine.

With this new type of medicine we will be able to develop new ways to cure future disease, so we will have a healthier future. And we also want to spread the use of this technology in animals to cure them, not to use them as subjects.

For that reason we have developed a mobile application, which with the help of the social community, we intend to earn income for the nanomedicine department of the Vall d'Hebron hospital.

INNOVATION IS FUTURE

Nanomedicine

Nanotechnology is used to make things really small, up yothe size of a cell. It can be used to understand and correct little mistakes that are inside a body. When nanotechnology is applied to medicine, it converts into nanomedicine.

What's about?

It is used for doing intelligent systems that provide pharmaceutical drugs, which not only know where to release it, but also releasing the medicine at the right time. This protects other cells in the body of the medicine, you do not need and can be affected.

Nowadays its application is not very popular, however with your collaboration we can gradually spread to everybody!

Why do we use nowadays?

Contact

We are a small group of young entrepreneur who seeks to make this world a more innovative. We like to think big, so we have developed an application with the purpose of spreading a useful technology in a possible future. What do you say, are you with us?

Our application

The working of the application is pretty straightforward. In short, through advertising revenue generated by our application are aimed at Vall d'Hebron Foundation for their help in the development of nanomedicine.

How it works?

We've put you very easy to undertand! Just download the app, watch advertising videos in the "donations" part and nothing else!

How I can help as a user?

Nanomedicina

Nanomedicine provides 120% more efficiency compared to normal medicine.

Why Nanomedicine?

Nanomedicine helps to understand with more accuracy what is happening

Nanomedicine is much safer than many other current medicines.

Our reasons we decide to take nanomedicine are diverse. Among them are:

Efficiency
Understanding
Safety

Study

We have contacted several professionals of the subject, such as Dr. Simon Schwartz Vall d'Hebron or Dr. Carlos Darío Ramírez, who is a biologist geneticist.

Moreover, we have read several books about Nanomedicine (link in the image). At least, check the Internet (the largest source of information) which has also provided us with the push to make this website and in the beginnning it help us to guide in this big world.

You might also see a few conferences TED Talks, as we did, to enter into the subject.

On what we rely?
Conclusions

What we are looking for with this project is to lose the fear associated with ignorance and for that you have to understand the following advantages:

  • It is a transportable system, which allows that in the most remote places as a town have the analytical capacity that could be had in a tertiary hospital like Vall d'Hebron.

  • The best advantage is the treatment, because it improves its performance, selectivity of errors, its general optimization and elimination of side effects.

  • Disclosure is important for its spread and not be afraid, as with anything new. That is why it's important that the disclosure is social and comprehensive, or in words of the director of nanotechnology of Vall d'Hebron "Read from reliable sources, not from easy criticism and from people who don't know. But above all don't be afraid, because what is being done are drugs like any other, only in a more effective way ".

What do people say?

In these times we need innovative and entrepreneurial young people such as your group, congratulations on this great initiative.

Olimpia Olguín Tinoco

I really liked this application. Excites me that some young students interested in nanotechnology. Congratulations!

Iñaki

Congratulations on the initiative. You are fantastic. Come on!

The case of Tara, because animals are like people.

Xavier Ferrer

Tara is a cat that was recently sacrificed for a degenerative spinal disease which eliminated the red blood cells from her blood and thus caused her death. It is a disease with possibilities of being cured, however, its treatment with cortisone, apart from having some fatal side effects and being incredibly expensive, and also because we were not sure that it would work, the cat had to be sacrificed.

If nanomedicine had been used, those side effects would be erased, even the cost would be less. At this point, it is where you realize that animals are not very different from people.
